Account Registration and Management

• The minimum deposit is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though dh333 reserves the right to apply transaction limits to individual accounts during verification periods.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.
• Deposits made to a dh333 account that is under investigation, suspended, or subject to a self-exclusion order will be returned and the account will not be accessible until the matter is resolved.
• dh333 reserves the right to decline any deposit or to request additional verification before crediting a deposit to your account.

• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit to the same account.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within standard banking hours for bank transfers, subject to successful verification.
• Active bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements may be withheld from withdrawal until the applicable rollover is completed or the bonus is forfeited.

Bonuses and Promotions

• The account holder requests voluntary self-exclusion or closure via the dh333 support team, in which case the account will be closed and access will be permanently restricted for the duration of the exclusion period.
